Meet Laura

I am so excited to introduce you to my friend and roomie, Laura!
I have known Laura for 3 years, when she and I worked at the same company. We were fast friends due to Laura's outgoing personality and innate ability to include everyone in everything!
Laura is a wonderful, God-loving woman. She is funny, caring, and adventurous. She inspires me to love others well. She has also gotten me into estate sale-ing to search for great finds! She is not afraid to be goofy, she enjoys making new friends, and she is a great friend to those lucky enough to know her. She is truly beautiful inside and out. I know that sounds cliche, but it just so happens to be true with Laura!
Laura is a strong Christian, who attends church regularly and has a weekly bible study with close girlfriends from Graduate School. Her faith is very important to her, and she is looking for someone who feels the same.
One of the things I admire most about Laura is her drive. She is extremely ambitious and genuinely positive on most things in life. Once she puts her mind to something, it will happen. . .even if she has to watch a YouTube video to learn how to make it happen (ask her about learning to drive a stick shift in Chile)!
Laura grew up in Orange County, CA and as a result loves to be outdoors! She is an avid golfer, loves hiking and is a world traveler. She has lived in three countries and three states, but I will leave it to the curious gentlemen to find out those locations!
Laura is a great cook and has helped me learn to cook too. She can whip up anything with ingredients in the fridge. Laura loves cooking and entertaining. She interned at Diageo, so she can make a mean cocktail! She enjoys a good glass of wine, so you fellas better know your whites from your reds!

Laura attended Wheaton College in Chicago for undergrad and later attended SMU Cox School of Business where she obtained her MBA. Go Mustangs! (She is on the right in the tailgating picture below) She is currently a Brand Manager at Mission Foods. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys reading business books, articles, and case studies to make herself better in her career. She challenges others' thinking and helps talk through problems. Laura is also extremely smart and likes to keep up with current events. She is the kind of girl who is more likely to know the name of the prime minister of India than the name of the celebrity on the latest cover of US Weekly.
Laura is also bilingual. She is fluent in Spanish and volunteers every Tuesday night teaching ESL at a local church.
